I really wanted to contact people that had inspired this idea, and gather some primary research for the practical side. However this reply was really disappointing. I thought they would at least read my email? But I won't get upset about it, Im just going to email a few more places, maybe a little more local, and see if I get any improved responses.
I also would like to contact the organic pantry, and see if I can perhaps volunteer with them for a day, and then wwoof too.
